## Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, is posting a DRAFT Request for Proposal (DRFP) in regard to a nationwide ERCIP Construction MATOC. This DRFP is being posted to ensure greater understanding between industry and the Government as it relates to this anticipated solicitation. We request that interested contractors review the attached DRFP and provide feedback as outlined below by 29 March 2024 at 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.

Provide feedback via the email to the identified POC in this DRFP posting. Interested contractors are directed to submit all responses via email. Feedback must be provided in the format of the attached "ERCIP Construction MATOC Draft RFP Recommendation and Question Form" The following is noted regarding this DRFP posting: Louisville is providing this DRFP for informational purposes only. This is not a formal solicitation or request for proposal. Any posted draft documents are not final and subject to change.
