## Description

To support its Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), DoWEA requires comprehensive contractor services to deliver data modernization, artificial intelligence (AI) integration, and enterprise analytics. This specialized support spans seven core functional areas: establishing robust Data Architecture and Engineering and Data Governance frameworks; delivering Analytics and Business Intelligence alongside AI Integration; enhancing organizational capability through Data and AI Literacy and Program Management; and providing dedicated Student Information System (SIS) Modernization Support.
