Work consists of restoring the lagoon by repairing erosion damage, making permanent repairs to the access road and drainage features, removing invasive vegetation, recompacting the lagoon berms, re-grading the site, and replacing the section of downed fence. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140PS125B0002 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $500,000.00 TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to the prime contractor by September 2025 with performance to begin thereafter, weather permitting. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Inyo County, CA will apply. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE Classification and SET ASIDE: The NAICS is 237990. The project is set-aside for 100% Total Small Business. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the soilcitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend in order to inspect the site and ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions.
