This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation package will be issued. Telephone or fax requests will not be accepted. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit clear and convincing evidence of their capabilities in writing. The Government will evaluate all responses received by the deadline to determine if a competitive procurement is appropriate. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the Government¿s discretion. Responses are due no later than September 18, 2025.
