GC3F is the only vendor that can provide data continuity when comparing additional DNA sequencing to prior samples it has analyzed for ASC's DNA libraries. The PSC code is B534 Special Studies/Analyses-Wildlife; NAICS code is 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, associated size standard of $19 million. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) and the procedures at FAR Part 12 entitled, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 entitled, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
