This posting does not obligate the government in any way.* The US Geological Survey (USGS) is providing additional information related to the previously issued Landsat Next Mission Operations Center (MOC) Request for Information (RFI) (140G0123R0004) and Studies (140G0124Q0011).

In addition, NASA has posted an announcement for a Landsat Next Spacecraft (SC) Procurement Industry Week that includes mission and spacecraft documents. These can be found on sam.gov at the following link: https://sam.gov/opp/974d277368534d55834ab902521a2126/view.

Two Documents are attached to this posting: 1) Landsat Next MOC Functions Summary 2) Landsat Flight Operations Project (LFO) Operations Configuration Management Policy The USGS may post additional informational artifacts as the joint-agency NASA/USGS mission continues to mature and further MOC information becomes available.
