## Description

The USGS Software Radio RFI has been canceled since it is not primarily for the Landsat Next mission. The RFI was intended to support market research and solutions for the comprehensive USGS Ground System and not for any specific mission. The USGS may post a new RFI later. The RFI attachment was removed to avoid any confusion with the Landsat Next effort.
