There is a compelling and urgent requirement to replace two AC units at the Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center in Southeastern Louisiana. A full manufacturer¿s warranty will be attached to each unit. The contractor will install two new units and dispose of both existing units, and any other parts and debris left over from project. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
