This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, in Fairbanks, AK, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Vectronics Aerospace, Inc. to furnish: A base year plus four (4) option years contract for proprietary continuous satellite data transmission services for GPS-enabled wildlife collars currently deployed on the Porcupine Caribou Herd (PCH). Please see the attached Single Source Justification form for further detail. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.
