JUSTIFICATION AUTHORITY: FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: This notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for quote, nor a solicitation for offers. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive acquisition.
