The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The purpose of this sole source award to LG Drilling is for the urgent replacement of Well 4 Pump. This work must be performed as soon as possible to restore the supplemental water to the primary spring flow. Without this water, there is a high potential for fish kill. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
