NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE FOR FWS SEVILLETA NWR, NM for the urgent design and installation of a fire alarm system to INTRAWORKS INC. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property Operations intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of:

FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency To INTRAWORKS INC 7910 Lorraine CT NE Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113-1557, United States? The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors $19.0 Million. ? The object of this sole source award to INTRAWORKS INC for the design and installation of a fire system. There is currently a critical risk to human health and safety.

Immediate action is required to ensure compliance with all fire safety codes and regulations and to safeguard the lives of building occupants. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities shall be submitted in writing and shall contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
