The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge, in Grosse Ile, MI, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Metro Controls, Inc. to furnish: Provide the proprietary software updates needed to maintain the HVAC controls for Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge (DRIWR). This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement within seven (7) calendar days of the publication of this notice.
