The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Branch of Migratory Bird Surveys, in Bangor, ME, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Situation Awareness Systems, LLC d/b/a Quantaero to furnish: A qualified contractor to maintain and upgrade hardware-software, integrate new hardware, develop processes to streamline production workflow, and automate data processing and interpretation from specialized aerial imaging and direct georeferencing system operated by the Branch of Migratory Bird Surveys. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.
