## Description

Notice of Intent for award: The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source requirement to NASA Wallops Exchange for the purchase of lodging for 32 lodging rooms for 92 nights to house personnel in a single lodging facility. This procurement is essential to ensure coordination, accountability, and logistical efficiency.

The selected lodging must be within a 30-minute commute of the Chincoteague NWR Headquarters building located at 8231 Beach Road, Chincoteague Island, VA 23336. NASA Wallops Exchange is the only vendor that can provide the 32 lodging rooms for 92 nights at the per diem rates of $131.00/night.
