The object of this sole source award to AV8-Orr Helicopter Services Inc is for aerial herbicide application on Japanese brome infested sagebrush rangelands on portions of the Charles M Russell NWR and UL Bend NWR. AV8-Orr is local to the project area with the ability to be available when weather conditions are right for the treatments to be applied. They also have demonstrated the ability to provide very precise herbicide application in similar sagebrush habitat. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirements, it may submit a statement of capabilities.
