The object of this sole source award is to have continued access to the POSPac MMS with SmartBase and Qimera/Fledermaus\\FM Geocoder softwares provided by Norbit US LTD to process multibeam sonar data following standardized methods with partner agencies including USGS. Norbiut US LTD is the only vendor that can provide the expertise in use of the software for data collected from the Norbit multibeam sonar. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
