USFWS intends to award a firm fixed price sole source PO under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source to: AQUA1 INC 1145 Icehouse AVE Sparks, Nevada 89431-5735 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333914, Pumps, sump or water, residential-type, manufacturing. The object of this sole source award to AQUA1 INC is to provide equipment and installation to replace obsolete and discontinued water treatment equipment. This includes removing the old obsolete equipment and installing the New RO Unit and pre-treatment equipment and connecting to customer provided existing connections within 5¿ of equipment. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities.
