The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 311119 - Other Animal Food Manufacturing, 650. ? The object of this sole source award to RIDLEY USA INC is to provide 66-tons of 50/50 mixed alfalfa meal (15% protein) and 50% wheat middlings. Ridley USA Inc. is the sole distributor that provides alfalfa meal with 50% wheat middlings. Additionally, they are the only provider that can deliver successfully to the program's 50' food storage bins. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
