USFWS Analytical Control Facility intends to award a firm fixed price sole source base plus four option year contract under the authority of FAR 13.501 only one responsible source using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (above SAT but below $7M) to: VBRICK Systems Inc 127 Washington Ave. North Haven, Connecticut 06473 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services. The object of this sole source award is to have continued access to the VBrick platform. Vbrick is the sole reseller of this specific cloud-based enterprise video platform system. Vbrick is the only vendor providing the cloud-based enterprise video platform solution we require that has obtained FedRAMP certification. Please refer to the attached JOFOC for additional details. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
