The object of this sole source award to HORWITZ LLC is to repair a major leak in the HVAC third floor mechanical room in which at least 90 gallons of glycol leaked due to the failure in parts. These emergency repairs required urgency to continue having a functional HVAC system. Future requests, of non-emergency nature will be openly competed among available HVAC companies.
