The Department of the Interior (DOI) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as part of early market research for a future requirement titled "Vessel Atlantic Ops Physical Inspections." This RFI is strictly for information and planning purposes and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as a Government commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response. This market research is to assist for planning a new requirement in which there is no incumbent contract or vendor.
