Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. FWS NM ESFO intends to award a sole source purchase order to Telonics,inc. to furnish: GPS collars. Purchase:TGW-4577 GPS radio collars, Refurbish: TGW-4577 GPS radio collars. The Mexican wolf project needs to refurbish 2 GPS collars (Telonics) and buy 20 new GPS collars (Telonics) that deliver remote data through satellites and have the flexibility to remotely reprogram the location acquisition rate and the vhf schedule. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334220 with the size standard of $41.5 employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is 5820.
