## Description

The Department of Interior (DOI), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM), requires professional services to provide expert advice and assistance on issues related to environmental management, historic preservation, and sustainability.

This includes addressing environmental contamination from pollutants, toxic substances, and hazardous materials, as well as concerns related to endangered species, stormwater pollution prevention, spill control measures, and the management of wetlands, watersheds, and other natural resources. This amendment updates the RFI attachment to update the title and include the Microsoft Teams Virtual Attendance Link. All updates are highlighted.
