## Description

This is a firm-fixed-price requirement to provide a 1,200 square foot boardroom style meeting area at the 2024 Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, NV on 8 & 9 October 2024. The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) has been invited to speak on several gaming panels at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. The Global Gaming Expo is an annual event with expected attendance of 25,000 gaming industry professionals and exhibitors to attend educational sessions on the latest technology regarding the gaming industry.

The NIGC personnel will be meeting with NIGC stakeholders, as many tribal leaders and gaming members from around the US will be in attendance at the conference. Attendance provides Tribal representatives with accessibility to meet with NIGC Commissioners and staff.
