C. intends to make an award on a sole source basis to Axon Enterprises, Inc., 17800 N. 85th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85255, under NAICS code 334310 for Axon 4 Body Worn Cameras, Data Storage, and Training Services. The proposed acquisition is to acquire a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program Moderate Authorized certified digital evidence management system which includes associated licenses, storage, support, associated hardware products and services to include Axon Digital Evidence Management (DEM) Body Worn Camera program. Only one vendor, Axon Enterprises, Inc., provides full capabilities in a FedRAMP approved environment. DOI OIG requires 55 body cameras and associated accessories and 100 licenses. The purchase order/award will have a Period of Performance of September 16, 2024 ¿ September 15, 2029, including a one year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. No solicitation is available. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response to this special notice.
