NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with New Generation Educational Consulting, LLC under the authority of FAR 12.102 (a).

BIE Mariano Lake Community School has a requirement for New Generation Educational Consulting, LLC to provide ELA, Coaching (Job Embedded) and BIE Summative Writing Readiness for SY26-27 based upon its New Generation Educational Consulting, LLC copyrighted educational material.
