## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with B2B Direct Sales, Inc. under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A), "Urgent & Compelling" Sole Source. Urgent request to diagnose, repair, and restore the operation of 3 Daikin VRV CU units located at Kaibeto Boarding School.
