The contractor will provide all dumpsters and provide solid waste removal service once to three times per week depending on the dumpster. Pursuant tribal ordinance 20-08, section 10, the Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation provides all solid waste services within the reservation boundaries. As a result, BIE is required to contract with the tribe for solid waste services. Technical questions will not be answered for this requirement being this is not a request for quote nor proposal and the government is not accepting quotes nor proposals in response to this notice.
