NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Stewart Brothers Drilling, under the authority of FAR 12.102 (a) sole Source. Urgent request to conduct a comprehensive assessment of submersed well pump #4 at Building 633 at Wingate High School.
