## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Mooweep, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. It is urgent request to repair RTU#1 and RTU #2 on HVAC at Shiprock Agency Building. The vendor is currently working on preventive and maintenance on the building.

The anticipated delivery is April 30, 2026. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220.
