**DOIAFBO260007 TITLE:**

**Colorado River Indian Irrigation Project:** Main Canal Checks 185 / 270 / 420 and Lateral 73-36-1 Rehabilitation SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140A1626R0005 It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on January 21, 2026, on SAM.gov. In anticipation of this posting, an on-site pre-bid site visit will occur on January 28, 2026. This site visit is not mandatory.

The meeting will begin at 8:30 am local time (MST) in Building 4 of the BIA Colorado River Agency, which is located at 12124 1st Ave., Parker, AZ and will go until around 10:00 am. Around 10:00 am we will visit each of the four project sites. The site visits should be completed around 1:00 pm. No passes are required, and safety equipment is not necessary.

The four sites have the following locations: MC Check 185 - Latitude and Longitude Coordinates 34°07'59.85"N, 114°18'54.08"W MC Check 270 - Latitude and Longitude Coordinates 34°06'41.37"N, 114°19'28.88"W MC Check 420 - Latitude and Longitude Coordinates 34°04'12.34"N, 114°19'31.37"W Lateral 73-36 Check 1 - Latitude and Longitude Coordinates 33°54'43.10"N, 114°23'25.73"W
