NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Southwest Boiler and Refrigeration, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to replace/repair leaking cast iron sectional on hot water boiler at building 105 at Tohaali Community School.
