NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Yearout Mechanical, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to troubleshoot the leaking boiler in Building 1773 at T’ iis Ts’ ozi Bi' Olta (Crownpoint) Community School.
