## Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Horizon Enterprises Plumbing & Heating, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to remove school kitchen walk in cooler condenser and coil Roof Top Unit (RTU), install new comparable RTU system, connect all plumbing, electrical wiring on new RTU system at Wingate High School.
