NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Aisling Company, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.

Urgent request to install 1 new dishwasher unit on site and dispose of old one at Wingate Elementary Cafeteria Bldg. 1593. The anticipated delivery is March 31, 2025.
