NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Yearout Mechanical, LLC/dba Welch’s Boiler Services, LLC, under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source. Urgent request to repair boiler at Mariano Lake Community School.
