## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Norcon of New Mexico, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to repair bleachers at three (03) BIE schools after annual inspection was completed on the bleachers.

The anticipated delivery is March 31, 2025. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990.
