**09/16/2024 - 10/18/2024 Total Amount:** $12,000.00 This contract is for the removal, repair, and reinstallation of the existing blower assembly in AHU, school auditorium. The blower provides heat to building and it is currently not working. The government will be significantly harmed if immediate action is not taken to repair the blower assembly unit. The school will be forced to close the building during the winter which prevents use for school functions.

Freezing temperatures also creates significant risk for frozen pipes and water damage. Cold and freezing temperatures are quickly approaching for the State of South Dakota thus, prompt action is necessary. Due to the urgent and compelling nature of this requirement a competitive solicitation will not be issued. Technical questions will not be answered for this requirement being this is not a request for quote nor proposal and the government is not accepting quotes nor proposals in response to this notice. Any contractor information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary and shall be at no cost to the government.
