The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with PLANKINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT 1-1, to provide student SPED tuition for Cheyenne Eagle Indian School, located in Eagle Butte, South Dakota under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii)
