## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

BIE Sanostee Day School has a requirement for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company for Digital Reading, Science, Math materials and online access with professional development services based upon its Houghton Mifflin Harcourts Publishing Company’s copyrighted educational material. The anticipated delivery date will be July 31, 2025. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement.
