## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Norcon of New Mexico under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. BIE has a need for bleachers prevention maintenance for Six (06) schools in New Mexico.

The contractor will provide the services and applications needed to have the telescoping bleachers inspected and preventative maintenance rendered. The vendor has installed majority of the bleachers at the schools being requested for bleachers prevention maintenances. The anticipated delivery is April 18, 2025. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
