Urgent need for PCB remediation that must be filled by June 2024 or funds will expire, leaving agency with contaminated site. If any firm believes the agency should not pursue the proposed procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information by 5/1/2024, 9:00 a.m. Solicitation is not available and questions will not be answered. All responsible firms that submit a capability statement shall be considered by the agency.
