## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Universal Air, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.

Urgent request to clean out clothes dryer exhaust vents at the Wingate Elementary School Dormitory, Building 1594. Dryers that are currently in used have temperature sensors switches which shut off the dryers when the exhaust is blocked or not venting properly. The clogged dryer exhaust vents are a fire hazard and for the safety of the students and staff in the building. The anticipated delivery is March 29, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
