NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Houser Stacy under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). BIE Beclabito Day School has an urgent requirement for Speech Therapy Services for the remaining school year. The anticipated delivery date will be July 31, 2024.
