NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Navajo Sanitation Inc., for follow-on to provide solid waste collection service for Keams Canyon Elementary School (KCES) and First Mesa Elementary School (FMES) both located in Arizona, under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)
