## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Hobart under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Emergency request to repair Hobart Kitchen dishwasher, a proprietary equipment currently not working. School is using paper products and generating solid waste.

The dishwasher needs to be repaired and return to full operation. This project location is at Crownpoint Community School in Crownpoint, NM. The kitchen is located in Bldg. 1771, multi-purpose building kitchen. The anticipated delivery is January 26, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
