## Description

U.S Dept. Of Interior, Office of Facilities and Administrative Services / Office of Aviation Services, is interested in leasing approximately 1,500 square feet of hangar space for a Cessna 182 (or similar sized aircraft), along with adjacent locker storage space.

**LEASE TERM:** five (5) years full; with cancellation rights with thirty (30) days notice. Building must be capable of meeting the Government’s security requirements. All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Brokers or agents may represent property owner, but written authorization from the owner is required. Subleases are not acceptable. Space should not be located within the 100-year flood plain To submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 4:30 PM EST, December 30, 2024. Expressions of interest (EOI) must include:

building name and address, location of space in the building, rentable square feet offered, a site plan (or aerial image) of the airport indication the location of the hangar space offered; state in the EOI “Project Number 3000000002001” Space shall conform to GSA and FAA requirements for fire and life safety; and shall be ABAAS compliant and asbestos-free. The building and parking must be accessible to government personnel 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Occupancy is required in approximately January 2024.
