## Description

NOAA will use responses to this RFI to inform programmatic planning. Responses to this RFI are not intended to be burdensome; this is a request for ideas and information related to CRW product development that is relevant to activities outlined in the attached RFI Background document. The Government is seeking information only, with no obligation to reimburse any costs associated with the preparation and/or submission of a response. Responses should be no more than 20 pages.

Areas of Interest The Government’s primary area of interest for this RFI is to obtain vendor recommendations outlining options to develop, implement, and maintain CRW products according to the concepts and requirements described in this RFI. Please describe your recommendation(s) for how to support the development and maintenance of CRW products considering the following:

How does your solution support the CRW requirements for each of the stated products outlined in section 3 above? Describe your development approach and logic for each of the identified CRW products. Where appropriate, provide examples to help with this description. Describe your experience in developing and implementing decision support tools for coral reefs. Describe the resources you have for this work and outline the NOAA resources you would need to have access to.

Provide an estimated time needed for the work on each product. Cost Estimation Although firm cost estimates are not required in an RFI response, a rough order of magnitude (ROM) approximation is strongly encouraged. Therefore, please provide a basis of estimate (BOE) explanation for your ROM. RFI Questions
