Please describe your recommendation(s) for how to support the development and maintenance of CRW products considering the following: How does your solution support the CRW requirements for each of the stated products outlined in section 3 above? Describe your development approach and logic for each of the identified CRW products. Where appropriate, provide examples to help with this description. Describe your experience in developing and implementing decision support tools for coral reefs. Describe the resources you have for this work and outline the NOAA resources you would need to have access to. Provide an estimated time needed for the work on each product. Cost Estimation Although firm cost estimates are not required in an RFI response, a rough order of magnitude (ROM) approximation is strongly encouraged. Therefore, please provide a basis of estimate (BOE) explanation for your ROM.
